Through the use of efficient intelligent production lines, intelligent inspection, AGV vehicles, and other smart equipment, the company achieves flexible production processes, precise process control, and visualized logistics and warehousing.   • Comprehensive application of intelligent equipment

    The company has a total of 51 sets of equipment, of which 44 sets are intelligent equipment, including CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, and other production equipment (31 sets), an AGV vehicle for logistics (1 set), gantry robots and articulated arm robots (7 sets), and two coordinate measuring machines. The adoption rate of intelligent equipment in the workshop has reached 86%, with an equipment networking rate of 80%. The company has achieved basic intelligent production. Before and after the intelligent transformation, the company's average annual output per employee increased by 32.88%, production efficiency improved by 8.24%, the defective product output rate decreased by 0.05%, energy consumption decreased by 22.58%, and annual work injuries were controlled at the "0" level. The effect of intelligent transformation is remarkable.

  • Precise production material distribution

    The company uses AGV vehicles for the transportation of materials, finished products, and work-in-progress between workstations. Through the linkage of WMS and MES systems, precise material distribution and visualization of warehousing conditions are achieved. Tooling, as a major consumable in the workshop, is managed through a tool management system. The workshop is equipped with dedicated tool cabinets, allowing employees to autonomously retrieve relevant tools based on machine tools, programs, and product types. This enables automated operations from goods to personnel, ensuring precise issuance, retrieval, and statistics of tools.

  • Real-time control of production processes and coordination within and outside the workshop

    Our company boasts a highly skilled and innovative research and development team. With a large team size and extensive experience, we have been awarded multiple national technical patents. We are capable of meeting your personalized product requirements and providing technical support. Our design team conducts in-depth research and design specifically for the European, American, and South American markets, constantly developing new products.

  • Production information tracking and traceability

    Through equipment networking and barcode system applications, the company automatically collects output data for each process and uploads product process information to the MES system. Real-time production status is fed back through the production line display board, achieving transparency and control of the production process. In the MES module, before each batch of products is put into production, the system assigns a unique code to each batch, clarifying batch, lot, and serial numbers. The entire process of scheduling, procurement, processing, packaging, and shipment can be traced using this code. During the production process, the MES system automatically collects data on production progress, production efficiency, product quality, and personnel situations. It records specific information about the product, including material procurement and the entry and exit of finished goods. This enables product traceability and integration with the ERP system.
