Jiangsu Nanyang Chukyo Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shanghai Jiao Tong University Zhongjing Forging Co., Ltd., was established on October 18, 2017. In April 2019, a new production line was put into operation, and in April 2020, the company completed its relocation from Shanghai to Jiangsu. With the establishment of six production lines, the company leverages the triple brand advantages of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Jiao Tong Zhongjing, and Nanyang Zhongjing. With the support of advanced high-tech forging technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University's forging profession, the company has experienced stable development for over thirty years. In 2017, the company officially settled in Daitou Town, Liyang City, Jiangsu Province. With an area of 64 acres and a factory space of nearly 16,000 square meters, the company currently employs 200 people. It possesses one 2,500-ton, three 1,600-ton, and one 1,000-ton hot die forging press lines, with mold technicians utilizing advanced CAD/CAM CNC equipment and manufacturing technology. The main products include forged parts for the automotive industry, construction machinery industry, and industrial instrumentation sector, with materials ranging from carbon steel and alloy steel to stainless steel. Technical Characteristics
A butterfly valve disc is a crucial component of a butterfly valve, which is a type of quarter-turn valve used to regulate the flow of a fluid, typically in a pipeline. The disc, also known as the butterfly, is the part of the valve that controls the flow by turning or pivoting within the valve body. The disc can be designed in such a way that it allows flow in one direction only (known as a unidirectional or one-way valve) or in both directions (bidirectional). Depending on the design of the butterfly valve, the disc can be of the lug or wafer style. The lug style has threaded inserts on the valve's outer edges for bolting it to the pipeline flanges. The wafer style is thinner and fits between two flanges, held in place by the pressure of the system.
Butterfly valves are commonly used in applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries where flow needs to be shut off or controlled quickly and efficiently. They are typically used for large diameter pipes and are preferred for their simple, compact design and cost-effectiveness.
